Hot stamping can be done on most paper and plastic substrates.
Hot stamping foils that have a general running holographic design such as Authentic, Genuine etc. are called a generic design. These designs are available for any customer to use.
A registered holographic hot stamping foil is one where each image has an eye mark to allow the machine to sense the eye mark and hot stamp the same image at the same position on every label or card. The best example is credit cards such as RuPay, Mastercard, Visa, etc.,where each card has unidentical hot-stamped hologram in the same place.
Holographic foils are generally available in metallic silver and gold. However, as an experienced hologram manufacturer we realise that sometimes specific colours may also be required. Please contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to provide further information.
Creation of a hologram master and the hologram printing process to make holographic stamping foil takes about 3 to 4 weeks generally. We can sometimes turn it around even quicker.
Any printing job is sensitive to quantities - both on production and commercial aspects. Higher the quantity, lower the cost. While we will even deliver very small quantities, we suggest you consolidate a few months requirements in a single order to keep costs low.

A stamping foil is a sensitive product that should be stored carefully in controlled conditions. We recommend 25° Celsius temperature and 65% relative humidity in a dry area. If stored in its original packaging, our foils can easily be used upto 3 months from despatch.
