Holographic Solutions
Hologram printing is done using lasers and not inks and only a hologram manufacturer can produce a security hologram. In the absence of inks, it is not possible to reproduce it by photocopying, scanning, or taking a photograph, or standard ink-based printing technologies like offset, rotogravure, flexography etc. The dynamic and colour changing features of a hologram printing also defeats duplicators and prevents counterfeiting. At Holoflex we have one of the most comprehensive security print production facility in South Asia.
Variable Data Solutions
We offer variable information like alphanumeric sequential numbering, random codes, bar-codes and QR codes on adhesive labels. This significantly enhances security and provides ease of material tracking. Every single self adhesive label becomes unique!
The variable information can be imprinted on adhesive label using laser marking, ink-jet marking, ultra-violet (UV) cured marking or thermal transfer. Additional levels of security are also possible such as invisible codes and numbering and also multi colour and exploding fonts.

Apart from standard holographic and AIDC labels, labels and shrink sleeves to protect your brand value, Holoflex also has facilities to design and print advanced security features and integrate them with your existing label design.
Special security designs
Designs such as multi colour complex guilloche patterns, micro text and hidden images which are only visible under a special decoding film present an additional layer of security.
Holographic patches and stripes
Holographic patches or stripes can be integrated in adhesive labels with visible, invisible and forensic features. We can also add advanced features such as de-metallization.
Security printed elements
These include
a) Invisible features which become visible only in certain special light frequencies
b) Elements that change colour with a change in viewing angle
c) Interactive messages that change colour when rubbed.
Tamper-evident substrates
Once affixed, these labels will display a message like ‘Void’ or ‘Tampered’ if any attempt is made to remove them. Labels that display the message without leaving any residue of the substrate are also available.
Holoflex also offers labels with substrates that withstand tampering by water, solvents, petrol, diesel etc. for high security applications. They will also be destroyed when exposed to high temperatures.

To remain abreast with the latest global security protocols and counterfeiting threats, the Company is a member of the International Optical Technologies Association (IOTA), London, an exclusive body under the aegis of the Anti-counterfeit Bureau, International Chamber of Commerce, London. Professional Memberships
The not-for-profit membership organisation was founded in 1993 as Internaltional Hologram Manufacturers Association (IHMA), but has recently undergone a name change to IOTA. This association represents the interests of hologram manufacturers and the hologram industry worldwide and to maintain the highest professional, security and quality standards. IOTAmembership confers recognition and credibility to the companies that join - all of which are rigorously vetted and adhere to a strict Code of Practice.
Formerly known as Hologram Manufacturer’s Association of India (HoMAI), ASPA aims and objectives are similar to IHMA. It is working to build up the authentication eco-systems and environment in the country to protect against counterfeits and forgery.
The Association is committed to promoting the business interests and technical development of label manufacturers and their suppliers across India.
The organisation brings together label printers, suppliers and printing professionals under a single platform to further the growth of the label industry through knowledge sharing and innovation updates.
